1.
On the day of the convocation 2024, all graduands must register at the registration counters at the Administrative Block. There will be separate 16 registration desks marked for different branches.

Registration will start from 7:00 am and continue till 10 am. Graduands must report for physical registration well before 10 am. After that, desk registrations will stop.
3.
All graduating students must sign their attendance and deposit their I-cards at the registration desks.
4.
All graduands will be given the academic regalia stoles at the registration desks which they must wear at all times during the ceremonies.
