In-person registrations
- All graduands have to carry their NSUT Identity cards
- The In-person (physical) registration will start at 7:30 am and close at 10:00 am on the 4th of October, 2024. Please note that only those graduands who have registered online will be registered in-person for receiving their degrees.
- Degrees will be conferred upon each graduand in-person on the stage. No representative will be allowed to receive the degree on behalf of a graduand.
- The academic section will not give degrees directly to any student or his/her representative on the day of the Convocation.
- Those who are unable to receive their degrees on the day of Convocation may collect it on any other working day from the academic section.
- All students, faculty members, and staff members have to carry their NSUT Identity cards.
- Please follow the dress code
- There is limited parking space in the campus. Further, there will be strict restrictions on people and vehicle movement from 9:30 am onward. All are advised to avoid coming in their own cars and instead, avail public transport or hired taxis.
- The Convocation program starts at 10:00 am. Please be seated in the Convocation venue by 10:00 am.
